• 3+ years experience (or equivalent) in a similar position
• B2 English
• MS Office knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of warehouse organization, processes and services, also of international warehouse market
• Comfortable in using Microsoft Office – in particular, Excel.

• Responsible for Team Leadership of a dedicated team of technicians, tasked with the smooth logistics and operations.
• Ensuring seamless workflow between Technicians, Specialists and logistics workers
• Day to Day planning of team activities
• Building strong culture of collaboration
• Monitoring and achievment of KPIs
• Ensuring optimisation of stock management processes
• Ensuring adhearance to Health & Safety legislation
• Inventory management
• Staff Training & appraisals
• SLA management of warehousing tickets
• Correct invoicing creation & approvals
