The team that you will join is highly-skilled and highly-supportive. It is a team that provides a wide variety of support. Support that is wide-ranging in its day-to-day management of the data center – ensuring that Center is running to optimum performance and high availability at all times.
You will support the existing technical "landscape" through ongoing monitoring as well as the usual commissioning / decommissioning of rack equipment & associated networking - extending your expertise into fault diagnostics and resolution which may include Break/Fix of common DC server configurations.
As expected, the Datacenter has high-availability targets which will mean a support rota will be in place for you to participate. You may also need to support other Datacenter sites for the customer.
