Enthuse customers and provide best experience through best in class hardware, software and technical support services
Supporting end-users as well as remote L3 teams, you will be assigned various tickets (ServiceNow) throughout the day. Typically you will provide expertise and support for:
• Workplace / desktops, laptops, software and hardware, Outlook, M365, etc
• Windows 7-11 corporate network environment (need to be familiar with Active Directory)
• Mobile devices
• Multimedia equipment in meeting and conference rooms
• Multi-Functions Printers
• Collaborative tools
• Hands and Eyes (under Level 3 guidance) in server rooms
• IT Hardware inventory management
This role is offered as a fixed-term (1099) contract with a go-live target of early Autumn 2024
