• 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
• Able to independently problem solve
• Able to provide feedback on new technical processes to help drive efficiency
• Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
• A2 English level

• Technical knowledge, in order to address service work orders for PCs, laptops, phones, peripherals
• Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
• Able to provide feedback on new technical processes to help drive efficiency
• Ability to work on problems/projects of moderately medium-complex scope
