• 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
• A friendly, engaging and professional demeanor as a primary “face” of Hemmersbach
• Comfortable in a number of deskside technologies, ranging from Operating Systems, to Office, from Active Directory to Exchange
• Confidence in assessing break/fix issues, experience with IMACs and troubleshooting of Hardware
• Good organization skills and ability to work unsupervised and taking initiative
• Native Spanish, B2-C1 English

As a Hemmersbach Technician you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanour. Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd quite neatly describe the position you would like to have:

• Help users with their problems and requests
• Analyse errors, maintain hardware, set up and remove work stations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory
• Keep track of spare items in stock and providing updates on a weekly basis of stock levels
• Log your approach and your solution to problems in a ticketing system
• Support other devices on a Hands & Eyes basis including meeting room equipment and network devices
