-You will complete service, maintenance and repairs on computers, notebooks, desktops and workstations of different manufacturers independently
-You will be able to fulfil the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and put a smile on the customer's face
-Handle service requests such as end user installation assistance, end user off boarding and end user requests for additional accessories
-have the knowledge about the components in the different devices, in particular for the manufacturers HP, Dell, and Kyocera
-experience of working in a similar role and look forward to being the friendly face of Hemmersbach for the customer
-customer stock management/asset management experience
