We are currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Deskside Engineer to work on site for one of our prestigious clients in London providing Desktop support for a number of users. The successful candidate will have the required skills and experience listed below.

What do we need?
Experience of working in a ticketing environment, with incident/request management skills.
Strong troubleshooting skills. Microsoft Certified in Windows 7 as a min.
Experience in Active Directory, Cisco VOIP, and Adobe software.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Good Mac OSX troubleshooting and problem solving abilities.
Support of administrative activities and tasks.
Hard working with a desire to acquire new skills.
Strong PC Skills
