Your Task

As an Account Manager you are the connection between our customers – the top manufacturers in the IT industry – and our project management. You will identify and generate new business opportunities, be in close contact with our Service Delivery Managers worldwide and develop custom-tailored IT solutions exceeding customer requirements. Thanks to your profound understanding of our business processes and the successful handling of the tenders received, you are a direct contributor to the Hemmersbach success story:

  • You analyse the project descriptions received and create suitable service concepts for our international customers
  • Manage all revenue generation – market prioitisation, prospecting, account development and account management
  • Engage and build excellent relationships with customers, and become their trusted advisor
  • Manage major accounts to win new business with span across APAC region
  • Identify workflow, business solutions and hardware opportunities while crafting suitable solutions
  • You manage costing and pricing and put together written offers, which you will proactively follow up
  • You coordinate with our internal management on a regular basis making sure you submit your final offer on time

Our Requirements

  • have several years of experience in sales, account management and business development and a profound understanding of large-scale business deals
  • at least 10 solid years doing sales and account management, with proven track record
  • know what to do during difficult periods, thinking outside the box when looking for solutions and you have excellent negotiation skills
  • have the initiative to be proactive, resourceful, and ability to research for information independently
  • have strong English skills as well as excellent communication skills
  • have similar experience in IT outsourcing industry, preferably with a global IT outsourcing company
  • have willingness to travel as required
