Your Task

As Account Manager, you are the connection between our customers. The top manufacturers in the IT industry and our project management. You will identify and generate new business opportunities, be in close contact with our Service Delivery Managers worldwide and develop custom-tailored IT solutions exceeding customer requirements. Thanks to your profound understanding of our business processes and the successful handling of the tenders received, you are a direct contributor to the Hemmersbach success story:

  • You build up and maintain relationships to the right counterparts and be always available as reliable contact
  • You receive and treat all customer requests in a professional way
  • You analyse the project descriptions received and create suitable service concepts for our international customers
  • You manage costing and pricing and put together written offers, which you will proactively follow up
  • You coordinate with our internal management on a regular basis and you submit your final offer on time

Our Requirements

You already?

  • have several years of experience in account management and a profound understanding of large-scale business processes
  • know what to do if it gets stressful, think outside the box when looking for solutions and you have convincing negotiation skills
  • have good English skills as well as excellent communication skills
