Your Tasks

  • Plan, control and implement international IT projects (operative and strategic).
  • Responsible for the compliance of Service Level
  • Agreements (SLA) within my projects, recognize optimization requirements in processes/services and initiate the necessary steps.
  • Manage operations and interaction between customers and project team (Hemmersbach onsite & Dispatch technicians)
  • Supervision and control of the processes and the level of service contractually appointed (SLA, KPIs, …)
  • Commercial and technical collaboration in a project team
    Managing customers’ relationship, handling escalation, and expectation
  • Recognize and implement the potential of optimization
  • Calculations and reports relative to the project
  • Resources and costs monitoring
  • Vendor/Partner management
  • Oversee all operations related to specific accounts in Hemmersbach SA which span over Southern Africa

  • Strong skills in customer service, project management and quality control
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail
  • Awareness of the latest technologies and trends
  • Knowledge of agile methods
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of  English
  • 1-3 work experience in IT service management and dealing with customers
