Your Tasks

  • Ensuring that Hemmersbach delivers a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Providing hardware break fix support, installation & deployment and proactive services.
  • Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
  • Use of proactive monitoring procedures & tools to identify problem prevention opportunities.
  • Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
  • Provide after hour support when required and willing to do standby on a rotational basis.

Our Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Two or more years working on HPE products.
  • Troubleshooting experience (Hardware, OS)
  • Experience with support of full range of HPE products in a production environment (Servers, Storage and Networking. Business Critical Systems experience will be advantageous)
  • Minimum HPE ATP product support certification.
  • UNIX. Linux basic skills would be advantageous.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Good communication skills. Fluent in English.
  • Ability to perform while under high-pressure situations
