Your Tasks

  • Leading our eLearning activities, from content conceptualization, through creation, to delivery
  • Creating interactive eLearning content using various tools
  • Developing, implementing and managing online learning projects
  • Managing deadlines and ensuring the targets are met within the agreed standards
  • Acting as a go-to-person for departments, project teams, and executives in terms of conceptualization of online learning content and virtual training sessions
  • Promoting an innovative learning culture and setting a high-quality standard in the field of digital learning
  • Providing regular updates to the team and the Manager

Our Requirements

  • Excellent English skills
  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • Expertise  in one of the eLearning authoring tools Adobe Captivate/Storyline;
  • Basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite tools
  • Familiarity with a learning platform like Docebo, Saba, Cornerstone or a similar Learning Management System (LMS) is nice to have
  • Didactic knowledge and knowledge of various methods and tools for digital learning
  • Experience in a personnel department in the field of education and training, familiarity with the challenges of decentralized learning via virtual learning platforms and communication tools
