The role of HR Administrator is often fast-paced as you facilitate a wide range of HR Services, from the raising of employment contracts, onboarding support, as well as vetting, role changes, and ultimately supporting an employee as they leave us. Like any fast-paced organisation, the role of the HR Administrator is like the oil in the engine – without you, we would simply grind to a halt. The HR Administrator is a fundamental member of the team, a well regarded role and an engaging one.
