Your Tasks

HR Administrator

Location: Chineham HQ, Basingstoke, Hampshire.

With the continued expansion that we enjoy year on year, the role and importance of the HR function and that of our administrators, is also increasing. The role of HR Administrator is often fast-paced as you facilitate a wide range of HR Services, from the raising of employment contracts, onboarding support, as well as vetting, role changes, and ultimately supporting an employee as they leave us. Like any fast-paced organisation, the role of the HR Administrator is like the oil in the engine – without you, we would simply grind to a halt. The HR Administrator is a fundamental member of the team, a well regarded role and an engaging one.

Our Requirements

What we look for:

  • Previous experience in an office administrative position
  • Strong attention to detail ,whilst maintaining a discrete, pragmatic and sympathetic approach to your work
  • Comfortable in using Microsoft Office
  • Thrives in an agile and rapid-paced environment
  • The role may be subject to enhanced references and vetting
