Your Task

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues
  • Monitoring and responding to requests in the ticketing system
  • New workstations preparing, maintaining inventory of all equipment
  • Installation and configuration of peripheral equipment and software
  • Coordinating the process of customer’s hardware returns
  • Escalating more complex service issues to the next level of technical support

Our Requirements

  • Demonstrated professional experience on a similar technical position (at least 1 year)
  • High level knowledge of troubleshooting (Windows 10 and new technologies)
  • Good understanding of network troubleshooting
  • Very good  English language skills (speaking and writing)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-Initiative, high reliability in delivering results
