The role of a Global Service Delivery Manager, takes this responsibility to the next level of strategic oversight. You will be involved in not only local operational delivery, but provide leadership where project or clients require a broader geographical remit from us, where the Global SDM takes a leading role with the local SDMs in pursuit of service excellence. As with any delivery role, it is both account and client-facing.
