The role of a Global Service Delivery Manager, takes this responsibility to the next level of strategic oversight. You will be involved in not only local operational delivery, but provide leadership where project or clients require a broader geographical remit from us, where the Global SDM takes a leading role with the local SDMs in pursuit of service excellence. As with any delivery role, it is both account and client-facing.

As an organisation recognised as a top-1000 company in growth, you will experience support projects at all stages in the lifecycle, from initial transition and instigation of services, to ongoing and long-standing agreements.

Your Tasks

  • Initiation, conception and follow-up of national and international IT-projects for our renowned clients;
  • Management of teams of Technicians, Team Leaders, Service Desk Agents and Administration Personnel;
  • Supervising and controling of the processes and the level of service contractually appointed to the project (SLA, KPIs, …);
  • Recognizing and implementing potential optimization;
  • Calculations and reports relative to the project;
  • Supporting during the implementation of the project;
  • Acting as the focal point for all operational issues relevant to projects;
  • Ensuring that the transition as well as the delivery of services to internal and external customers are done in accordance with all agreements and standards of service, including the Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
  • Taking ownership for Profit & Loss, SLA and customer satisfaction for all global regions within a project;
  • Resourcing and costs monitoring.

Our Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience in international project management in IT field/Services;
  • Experience managing projects and gathering requirements;
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Strong technical attitude, analysis skills and problem solving skills;
  • Experience in budgeting, cost effectiveness orientation;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably with emphasis on Computer Science/Management/Economics or related field; or equivalent, relevant work experience;
  • You enjoy working independently;
  • Excellent English skills, additional foreign-language skills as an asset;
  • Determination, autonomy and personal motivation are terms that define you.
