Your Task

As Sales Operations Specialist, you support the sales team during RFPs and customer meetings as the operational specialist. You are responsible for implementing the sales methodology, sales metrics and overall process of management of new sales programs on a worldwide level. Additionally you onboard and mentor new sales program managers after implementation phase and ensure the quality of our international programs by regular visits and analyses.

 

  • You are the single point of contact for all internal operational questions across all sales programs
  • You act as a trusted advisor and deliver against challenging timelines and expectations both internally and externally
  • You report directly to the Executive Partner Team and are part of the Central Sales Management Team

Our Requirements

  • Gathered at least 2-3 years experience in a program manager/director role within a global sales program in the IT-industry.
  • Developed a Deep understanding of go to markets, processes and sales methodologies in an outsourced inside sales organization
  • Have excellent English skills and a willingness to travel abroad
