Your Task

You will be responsible as field service engineer at one of the best IT service providers and will report directly to the Service Delivery Manager. The End User Support is your passion and the combination of working in a team and coordinating and optimising internal workflows is just what you are looking for. You will finally get the chance to demonstrate your IT service management skill, people management skill and project management skill.

  • To perform on-site break/fix support for laptop, desktop, printer and tablet
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Working knowledge on Operating System installation/re-image

Our Requirements

  • Strong technical skills in trouble-shooting laptop, desktop, printer, tablet issues
  • Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experiences with end user support on hardware and software
  • Experience in supporting printers and plotters will be added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Positive outgoing attitude
  • Self-motivated, goal-orientated, excellent work habits
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Malay
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur & Selangor
  • Applicants must be willing to travel & possess own transport
  • Applicants must be willing to travel within the state of Kuala Lumpur & Selangor upon request
