Hemmersbach provide the support services needed by many of the world’s largest organisations. As operations for a number of clients continue to expand, we now seek to appoint a skilled IT support engineer that can resolve and prepare various desktop solutions, ready for return to client site.
We operate a Return-to-base fix and dispatching warehouse for a number of our clients and you will support in smooth running and support of this highly-valued operation, focused on problems encountered at one of our prestigious clients in the south west.
Return-to-base equipment will be sent through to our centralised warehouse, based at our Chineham/Basingstoke head office. You will take responsibility for the imaging, preparation and pre-shipment testing. Ensuring that the equipment is fully operational, ready for redeployment onsite.
This role is also responsible for ensuring all logistical and inventory needs within the warehousing is met allowing zero delays and a seamless RTB operation.
