Your Task

As a Hemmersbach 2nde Line IT Support Engineer located in Brussels, you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanour. You will have direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd Level Support – remote and on site – quite neatly describe the position you would like to have:

  • Responsibilities of an end user support include providing professional support to the customers and computer users,
  • Detecting flaw in the computer hardware, software and other equipment’s, and repairing the same,
  • Diagnosing a faulty program in the computer systems within an organization and provide immediate solution to the problem
  • Providing on assistance to the end user regarding the technical flaw, either by phone, mails, or on site

Our Requirements

You already...

  • have experience within IT support including Active Directory and have ideally used ticketing systems
  • have experience in providing general desktop support, project coordination, imaging/ re-imaging PCs, and laptops
  • have experience in providing assistance in installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners, etc., cabling systems like local area network cables, network interface cards, wired switches, etc.
  • have experience in provide smart hand support for Server and network devices
  • have fluent Dutch and English language skills while motivated to do something good for your users

Would be an asset :

  • Good knowledge on Scripting, Application packaging, MDM, SCCM
  • Knowledge and Understanding of ITIL principles
  • Knowledge of working with incident Management system
