Your Task

  • Providing 2nd line support for our customer
  • Troubleshooting and configuration of Microsoft Windows System
  • Cooperating with users from different departments
  • Analyzing and solving problems,
  • Escalation major problems to 3rd level of support

Our Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of Polish and English languages
  • 2+ years of experience in PC/laptop configuration (software and hardware)
  • Knowledge of Windows configurations,
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and troubleshooting
  • Problem solving orientation and good communication skills
