Your skills

  • Proven experience as an Account / Sales Director / Sales Manager or similar experience in an executive leadership role with a sales focus.
  • In-depth industry knowledge in BPO, GSI, MSP, and IT infrastructure markets, including understanding market dynamics, industry trends, and client’s needs.
  • Excellent tactical planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate industry-specific knowledge into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders within the target industries.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed business decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel (both domestic and international).
  • Must excel at end-to-end solution development, including creation and delivery of client presentations and bringing deals to closure.

Your Tasks

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director with a strong sales profile and in-depth industry knowledge to lead account centric revenue generation efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, Americas, the Account Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and being responsible the overall revenue growth for the assigned customer accounts.

As an Account Director, you will identify and create new business opportunities and work closely with our Executive Leadership and global Service Delivery organizations. Additionally, you will engage with your Account and Bid Management teams, to create the most compelling and competitive IT solutions that exceed the requirements of our clients, we expect you to:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account sales strategy aligned with the company's overall growth objectives, specifically targeting the large IT-industry manufacturers (OEMs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), Business Processing Outsourcers (BPOs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and other IT Infrastructure companies.
  • Efficient usage of sales processes, methodologies, and tools tailored to the specific account requirements, including HubSpot.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of the sales process, including solution development, presentation preparation and delivery, negotiations, defending solutions and pricing, preparing RFP responses, SOW and contract finalization.
  • Provide guidance to the executive team on revenue forecasts and sales pipeline within the target accounts.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive sales culture, promoting professional growth and development, with a focus on enhancing industry-specific knowledge and expertise
