• Good English and native Turkish
• At least 2-year experience as IT technician (desktop support)
• Level 2 Support at large enterprise companies
• Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of Desktop/Laptop/Printer
• Familiar with ticketing system
• Mac basic support

We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies.

Location: Istanbul (Levent - European side - fully onsite)

You are directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users with a service-oriented approach:

• provide Level 2 technical support for Windows-based systems, including troubleshooting, resolving hardware and software issues, and assisting with system maintenance.
• offer basic support for Mac systems, including software installation, user account management, and troubleshooting common issues.
• assist end-users with day-to-day technical problems and queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• set up PC workplaces
• Installations, migrations and rollouts
• User administration via Active Directory
• User support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues
• deal with stock / asset management
• provide support on meeting room / conferencing room
• provide smart hand support for Server and network devices
