• Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a diverse team of transport specialists
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities to manage complex schedules and logistics
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members, management, internal customers and transport partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational issues promptly
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• English language on min. C1 level
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field woudl be an asset

We are looking for a professional with min. of 3 years in logistics and transport management who has a proven track record of successful supply chain optimization.

As Team Lead you will:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of transport coordinators to ensure efficient operations
• Coordinate and manage transport schedules with external partners, ensuring timely deliveries
• Ensure all transport operations comply with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements
• Track team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance
