• 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
• Advanced MAC skills
• Good customer facing skills and be well presented
• Good working knowledge of Windows 7/10 and related Office applications
• Solid knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Experience of using a Call Logging system
• Knowledge of mobile devices – Android and iOS

• Software iMAC and configuration
• Hardware iMAC Support
• Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
• VIP users support
• R&D and IA Sites support
• On/off-boarding Training
• Device deployment and depot management
• installation and troubleshooting DC equipment’s, Rack and Stack of the DC equipment/cable
