Your skills

  • Language: advanced German is a must, basic/intermediate english is a plus.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Very good organisation skills.
  • Able to work shifts (9:00 - 17:30 and 9:30 - 18:00 Greek time) Monday to Friday.
  • Ability to act quickly and show own initiative.

Your Tasks

  • Route planning for mobile technicians in Germany.
  • Contacting End Users via Phone/email to agree on onsite appointment.
  • Acting as first contact for technicians in field.
  • Cooperation with SDM's, SD, PMO in case of any clarification is needed/new processes are shared.
