Your skills

  • 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
  • Experience with MAC devices
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
  • Inventory control and management updated monthly
  • Experience solving computer incidents onsite

Your Tasks

As a Hemmersbach Technician, you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanor. Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd quite neatly describe the position you would like to have:

 

  • Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
  • Handle inbound calls and answer questions
  • Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
  • analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up / remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory
  • Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
