• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and popular applications (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
• Solid understanding of computer hardware
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals
• Customer orientation and can-do attitude to provide excellent support.
• Excellent time management skill
• Min. 3 years of experience as a Service Desk / Desk Side Support
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and verbal)
• Understanding of basic networking concepts like IP addresses and protocols is beneficial

The technician will be working on our Customer's site in Kraków providing service during regular working hours.

• Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
• Handle inbound calls and answer questions
• Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
• Perform installations, reinstallations, maintenance, and repairs on Customer equipment
