• Experience in Stockroom Management
• ServiceNow application (SNOW)
• Strict adherence to site HSSE policy
• Must have driver license and be able to commute to Scotford
• Formular with IT hardware (technical background is a plus)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Will work with the Stock manager to identify the equipment that will be stored in stock and determine the minimum and maximum stocking levels.
  Will assist in audits and reporting all stock levels monthly
• Will assist in the Site disposal process of old IT equipment
• Updating, maintaining, and making available all inventory records
• Help coordinator deliveries of IT hardware
• Discussing IT requirements with End Users to provide advice and guidance in the provisioning of fit-for-purpose solutions to meet their business needs
• Assist site lead and Stock Manager when necessary
• Work closely but not limited to working Service techs to resolve hardware/software issues issues
• Re-image PC, upgrade (including backing up data if required), etc.
• Migrate user to other PC (eg desktop to laptop)
• Help new user onto GID (configure profile, mail, mobile office, scripted applications
• Must have driver license and be able to commute to 
• Addresses Health, Safety, and Security, Environment (HSSE) work area requirements and clearly documents all procedures and responsibilities.
