Your skills
- Working technical knowledge, in order to address service work orders for PCs, laptops, phones, peripherals.
- Working technical knowledge of standard systems and business software.
- Strong verbal, written communication skills and client facing soft skills.
- Excellent time management skill.
- Language: local fluent plus English.
Your Tasks
- Provide day to day support at the customer locations within a geographical region(s)
- Support customers in technical problems they have with their technical equipment
- Handle inbound calls and answer questions
- Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
