• 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
• Ability to communicate in English (B2 or higher)
• Excellent time management skill
• Ability to think critically and work independently to troubleshoot and resolve complex
• Good organization skills and ability to work unsupervised and taking initiative

As a Hemmersbach Technician you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanour. Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd quite neatly describe the position you would like to have:

• Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
• Handle inbound calls and answer questions
• Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
• Strong understanding of PC components, operating systems (Windows & macOS preferred), and basic networking concepts
• Ability to diagnose and fix common IT problems like printer issues, internet connectivity problems, software installation difficulties, and basic hardware malfunctions.
