Your skills

  • Min. of 1,5 years of professional experience in IT-support
  • Experience in Windows 7-11, MS Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation
  • experienced in troubleshooting, enterprise anti-virus solutions and IT ticketing systems
  • Fluent in Finnish and English; service-minded and flexible in terms of availability
  • Driver license (cl. B)

Your Tasks

  • Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
  • Handle inbound calls and answer questions
  • Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
