Your skills

  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en communicatief Engels
  • Basis troubleshooting skills
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om in een team te werken
  • Bij voorkeur kennis van Active Directory en O365
  • In staat om aan meerdere taken tegelijk te werken

Your Tasks

  • Monitoren en afhandelen van incidenten in het ticketingsysteem
  • Contact met de klant via telefoon of e-mail
  • Actief contact en troubleshooten met onze engineers (technische ondersteuning)
  • Monitoren van de juiste tijdlijnen (SLA) en ticket flow
  • Positieve relaties onderhouden met onze zakelijke klanten
  • Voortdurende analyse en validatie van gegevens in orders op basis van Hemmersbach-procedures.
