Your Tasks

Become a full-time employee in the IT Service Administration Support Department in our home office in Houston.  This organization provides high level support to key Clients, Customers, and the Hemmersbach U.S. Field Organization.

Tasks Include:

  • Responding to incoming phone and email activity supporting our client and their customers.
  • Responsible for resolving issues and/or concerns on behalf of our customers we are supporting
  • Responsible for handling requirements surrounding Service Events, supporting our Field Engineers.
  • Additional responsibilities specific to Onsite Coordination of our Field Service Professionals.
  • Deliver on high levels of Customer Care specific to what is known as VIP customers.
  • Provide real-time support to senior Field Managers.
  • Maintain a High Performance Support Team Deliverable at all times.

Our Requirements

  • Must maintain a high level of Critical Thinking
  • Must have a High School Diploma/GED.
  • Prior Dispatcher or Remote Support Experience.
  • Must be able to provide high levels of verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Must practice being concise and maintain a high level of multi-tasking.
  •  Learn and excel at the following tools;
  •  Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, One Note, etc.)
  • Communication Apps.(Teams, Zoom, etc.)
  •  Field Tools (In-House Dispatch System, Parts Tools, Scheduling, Phone systems, etc.)

In-Office Position with 8 hours shifts M-F.
