Your Tasks

Your favorite furniture should be built from 19" racks and your comfy-zone is a 70 degrees Fahrenheit data center? Then boot up your system and contact us!
Save the day for your users and keep crucial data center infrastructure running for sectors like healthcare, technology and banking.

- Main responsibilites:

  • Running diagnostics, troubleshooting errors and replacing hardware.
  • Installation, support and decommissioning of rack servers, storage systems and network equipment
  • Maintenance of data center hardware at various customer sites
  • Handle service support requests & incidents
  • Asset management & coordination
  • Hands & Eyes Support
  • Detect faults and provides efficient and effective solutions
  • Ensuring all work is delivered consistently and in accordance with the scope of work
  • Have full awareness of service level KPIs and deliver in accordance with these under the guidance of the Service Delivery Manager
  • Helping to ensure that Hemmersbach delivers a high level of customer satisfaction, which also meets the business goals
  • Work in accordance with suppliers' and customer’s rules and regulations for the purposes of health and safety You report the progress of your work directly on site in our ticket system.
  • SLAs and project requirements, that no over-delivery is done and work is logged in appropriate systems.

Our Requirements

  • Experience in supporting at least one of the following hardware types: servers, storage systems, network equipment, PCs or notebooks of brands like HPE, Dell, IBM and NetApp
  • Customer service soft skills and strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Driver’s license and willingness to travel daily to local end customer sites >50% of work hours
  • First experience Ticket Systems
  • Optional: working technical knowledge of standard server system software (Linux, Windows, VMWare)
