The Customer Information Centre (CiC) provides you with real-time information on the status of your repair all the way from when we receive your ticket up to the point our technician is with you. You will receive a unique link to track your specific device repair visit by email. Use this tool to get up to date information regarding your technician appointment including when we may have been unable to reach you and how you can contact us.

Repair Status

Check your ticket status, which team is handling your request and get key information about your repair such as the date and time of your planned technician visit.

Contact Respective Team

If you need to contact us for any reason, you have the direct phone number of the local team currently handling your request.

Technician location

When our technician has departed to your location, you can check the live map view. This means you can always see when the technician is near.

For your info

The technicians tracking location is approximated from their last known location for data protection purposes. The accuracy of the technician’s location is dependent on available cell network coverage.
