Your skills

German C2
C1 relevant language
Ability to quickly identify the needed part replacement and/or bug fix
Deep knowledge of some more specific topics such as AD, accounts, etc.
Experience with remote control tools

Your tasks

Ensure efficient remote diagnosis, timely qualification and resolution of complex hardware and system issues
Update regularly technical knowledge according to business needs and participate in process, quality improvement and projects
Handle ticket queue and group mailbox and perform and prioritize administrative requests according to contractual service guarantees
Cooperate with other teams to provide additional instructions for repairs and qualify spare parts to solve all reported issues
