Your Task

To proactively manage their areas of responsibility, in particular ensuring that the transition and the delivery of services to customers is done in accordance with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
To ensure to follow the Service Delivery Code (SDC) and all other Hemmersbach standards in the corresponding countries.
To act professionally as a representative of Hemmersbach for employees and customers alike.
To break the company’s annual BIG THREE goals down into realizable tasks, which are incorporated into the team’s daily routine.
To become a transition person and model for the Hemmersbach culture.

Our Requirements

You have an Engineering and/or Business background and at least four years’ experience in service delivery/operations management and/or project management.
Similar experience in IT outsourcing / Computer break-fix services / Helpdesk operation is a must
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
You are able to convince others through your professional skills, notably in terms of communication and organization, and through your great concern for clients and quality of service.
Determination, autonomy, self-driven and personal motivation are terms that define you.
Must be willing to work hard and under pressure
You are flexible, can support an important workload and open to new organizational techniques.
You like team working and contact with the staff as well as the clients.
Familiar with Service Management Process, such as ITIL
Previous similar working experience in a global IT Service Provider or large local IT company is an advantage.
