Your Task

With your expertise in optimisation and relationship management, you will support us - one of the world's best IT service providers - increasing the satisfaction of our field staff. Maintaining regular exchanges with our technicians and work with them to optimize their daily routine. In doing so, you will contribute directly to employee satisfaction as well as the successful execution of our orders:

- You will be traveling with the mobile engineers for four days a week across the UK, looking at work flows and processes, talking about the optimisation wishes of our technicians.


- You will document the optimisation requirements and then present to our management team in order to start the implementation.


- You will become a trusted contact person for our employees in field services.

Our Requirements

You already...

- Have worked within the technical field services or a similar position, in which you have gained knowledge about work processes and problems encountered in the field.


- Excellent communication skills at all levels.


- An empathic personality and the motivation to improve and advance things.
