Your Task

  • Providing 24/7 printing area support to non-technical end-users
  • Analyzing issues and putting correct process in place
    Contacting and providing troubleshooting steps to end-users
  • Dealing with printer supplies queries
  • Remote printer configuration
  • Deployment of firmware and SafeCom software
  • SafeCom account maintenance
  • Knowledge base maintenance

Our Requirements

  • Spanish language at C1 level
  • English language at B2 level
  • Excellent customer and communication skills
  • Ability to work in busy and multitasking environment
  • Readiness to work on shifts in 24/7 international Service Desk Team with rotating system
  • Readiness to work on a daily routine as well as quickly adjusting to incoming tasks


Would be an asset:

  • Previous experience with Level 2 remote support including: troubleshooting, diagnosis, resolution, software deployment
  • Printing area knowledge
  • Basic networking knowledge
