Your Task

Within 2nd Level Support on customer location in Oslo, you will work on tickets and enthuse your users thanks to your service-oriented way of working:

  • You will be the contact person for any technical requests and problems and will make sure your users are happy thanks to you creatively finding the right solutions
  • You will take care of installation and configuration of hardware and software and you will actively work in ITprojects (roll-outs, migrations, Hands & Eyes support)
  • You will plan, coordinate and follow up tasks within the team (e.g. IMAC-related)
  • You will follow up tickets
  • You analyse and document any occurring system and application errors
  • You will report to Global Service Delivery Manager
    Temporary position, full-time, start date: as soon as possible

Our Requirements

  • you have experience in IT support and in working with ticketing systems
  • you have experience in working a Microsoft environment and you have profound knowledge of the application Active Directory, ideally also in VIP
  • you have experience in AV technical support (set up of conference room with Audio/Video equipment)
  • you have a driver's license (class B)
  • you have excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English (in written and verbal form)
  • you are structured, a teamplayer
