· Manage peak periods through queue management and call back scheduling
· Authorise all spares and new equipment requests
· Set expectations with customers on extended sessions and where a My IT Remedy request may be required
· Deal with customer dissatisfaction on the bar and follow-up with customers when feedback is lower than average
· Maintain a positive team on the bar through interaction with the engineers
· Experience in customer facing roles
· Problem solving mentality
· Ability to self-motivate in a SLA driven environment
· Excellent communication skills
· Must be able to work within a team environment
· Min 1 years IT experience
· Min 1 years Deskside Support experience
· Experience of delivering VIP IT support
