-You will complete service, maintenance and repairs on computers, notebooks, desktops, workstations, printers/plotters and peripherals of different manufacturers independently
-Thanks to your solution-oriented way of working and the support from your dispatch team, you will be able to fulfil the Service Level Agreements (SLA), thus making our customers smile
-You will log the progress of your work directly on site using our self-developed ticketing system
-Have experience in IT support and profound knowledge of the components of the individual devices, in particular from the manufacturers HP, Dell, Lenovo
-Look forward to working in the field service and being the friendly face of Hemmersbach for the customer
-Excellent communication skills and a drivers licence
