Your Task

We currently require a Key Customer Coordinator for a permanent role based on our headquarters in Basingstoke. You will be responsible for monitoring issues to do with parts and our internal ticketing system.

  • Monitoring performance of key customers against SLA
  • Prioritising tickets so that SLA of Key Customers is met
  • Working with back office teams to ensure tickets are handled effectively
  • Management of customer account delivery issues and escalations
  • Placing part orders
  • Excel Reporting
  • Dispatch Ticket Knowledge (for ordering parts not dispatching)
  • Tracking of orders/deliveries

Our Requirements

You already...

  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills, communicating with all levels of management
  • Excellent excel skills and full MS office suite.
  • Experience working with a ticketing system assisting with dispatch orders
