As a Hemmersbach Engineer located Feluy, you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanour. You will have direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd Level Support – remote and on site – quite neatly describe the position you would like to have:
You will help users with their problems and requests, thus putting a smile on their faces
You will provide 2nd end user computing support for hardware and software related issues
You will analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up / remove work stations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory
You will log your approach and your solution to problems through a ticketing system
You live in Belgium
You already have experience within IT support and have ideally used ticketing systems
You have strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
You have fluent English and French language skills and are motivated to do something good for your users
