Your Tasks

As a Hemmersbach engineer, you make the end users in a renowned company happy every day through your friendly and competent appearance. Within the 2nd level support you have direct customer contact with different requirements. You will be assigned to various tickets throughout the day and help the customer proactively to meet his needs. Each task should be approached sympathetically, pragmatically and above all, with a strong sense of customer service – leaving each job not only resolved, but with a smile on the user’s face – a job well done.


  • Provide technical support to end users on Desktops, Laptops, and Printers
  • Troubleshooting hardware related issues and replace parts if needed
  • Troubleshooting software related issues and apply fix
  • Provide technical support to core infrastructure and network environment
  • Coordination of tasks with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in rack & stack of servers, mount & demount of routers and switches

Our Requirements

  • 3-4 years of relevant working experience in IT.
  • Experience as local IT support at a customer site
  • Strong technical skills in hardware trouble shooting issues related to Desktops, Laptops, Printers, MPF, Switches, Servers, Handhelds, Smart phones etc. 
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows operating systems and desktop applications i.e. MS-Office 
  • Possess experience on coordination of hardware support with vendors for break fix support
  • Strong customer service skills and good communication skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
