Your Tasks

Work alongside with SDMs on several worldwide IT projects and provide support to senior management and other stakeholders including following tasks (but not limited to):

  • Collect and analyze project data, control the whole project documentation flow;
  • Keep contract information up-to-date based on inputs from Project Managers;
  • Interact with Legal and Finance departments for tracking contract changes and project account balance;
  • Work on governance reviews and ad-hoc account reviews;
  • Support of contract renewals – drafting extension agreements;
  • Prepare reports for the Project Managers;
  • Assist the Project Manager in any other admin tasks;
  • Update information on projects on internal Project management platform;
  • Monitor project health with progress and quality index tools.

Our Requirements

  • Good command of Russian and English (upper-intermediate level or above) – 80% of work communication is in English;
  • Comfortable in using Microsoft Office – in particular, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SharePoint, Visio is a plus;
  • Knowledge of basic statistics and ability to analyse, and create charts, tables;
  • University degree (or being in process of receiving with ability to work 40 hours per week);
  • Previous experience in an office administrative or document flow controlling position will be a benefit for you;
  • Superpower to meet all deadlines.
