Your Tasks

Your favorite furniture should be build from 19" racks? When you hear 'hot swap' you immediately think about Raid 0, 1 or 5, NAS, NetApp, Backup and Cloud Solutions? And your comfy-zone is a 70 degrees Fahrenheit data center? Then you should boot up your system and contact us!

Exciting projects are waiting for you:

  • Installation, support and decommissioning of rack servers, storage and UPS.
  • Maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting errors, running diagnostics, repairing hardware.
  • Install and set up new server & storage and perform routine maintenance.
  • Working on problems/projects of high complexity & scope.
  • Providing mentoring to junior/entry-level technicians
  • Due to the varied nature of the role, it may be subject to enhanced referencing or vetting

Our Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience supporting enterprise servers, storage and network equipment of brands like HPE, Dell, IBM, and NetApp.
  • Working technical knowledge of standard server operating systems software (Windows, MS Office 365, Outlook, Apple iOS)
  • Ability to read and understand complex technical documentation and manuals.
  • Formalised training and qualifications with CompTIA A+, CCNA and MCSE would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent client facing, customer service soft skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Ability and willingness to travel to end customer locations across the Country
