Your Tasks

Seeking an IT Dispatcher with customer service background.

Role Purpose:

Hemmersbach is seeking a reliable Bi-lingual Dispatcher to be the point of contact between management and technicians. The Dispatcher will receive high volume of IT services request, track tickets and coordinate IT services for clients. The ideal candidate must be able to handle inbounds and outbound request in a timely manner. Work with management in identifying customer's needs, clarify information, research any issues, and provide solutions.

Location: Miami Lakes, FL

Permanent Contract - Full-Time Position – 40 hours a week

Job Description

Collaborate with management team in providing resolutions for IT request.
Familiarity tracking work via a Ticketing System
Assign and track work orders
Coordinate with support team on priority issues
Accurately record, update and document requests
Maintain excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization

Our Requirements

*Ability to communicate and write in English and Spanish.
*1+ year in a customer service business environment

*General knowledge of Windows products preferred
*Attention to detail, self-starter and highly motivated
*Ability to follow through with tasks, projects, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision
*To maintain a first class level of customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner
*Must have ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced dynamic environment
*Undertaking other duties not specifically stated which from time to time are necessary without altering the nature or level of responsibility
*Experience working with remote teams
*Ability to sit for long duration of time.
*Willing to train the ideal candidate
