Your Tasks

  • Providing 2nd line support for an international customer
  • Troubleshooting and configuring applications, finding a solution for occurring problems
  • Analyzing and solving IT issues related to software and Microsoft Windows Environment
  • Liaising with users from different departments
  • Escalating of major problems to 3rd line support

Our Requirements

  • Very good English
  • Experience in troubleshooting (Windows and hardware)
  • Effective communication skills (primarily with customer and team members)
  • Ability to handle priorities and work under pressure
  • Knowledge about remote support
  • Ability to work on shifts 24/7
