Managing end-to-end recruitment process for various locations in Germany and our IT projects
Developing and executing appropriate sourcing strategies including direct search, in order to identify and attract top talent
Shortlisting candidates, conducting phone screenings and remote interviews
Advising and partnering with the hiring managers in expectations setting, interviewing, decision-making process to hire the right candidates
Streamlining the process in order to acquire suitable staff in a timely manner as well as ensure excellent candidates & hiring managers’ experience
Fluent German skills (in speaking & writing), very good knowledge of English
Previous first professional experience in the field of recruiting gained in a dynamic and international environment (preferably in the IT industry or/and DACH region)
Excellent social competences, good influencing and negotiation skills, assertiveness
Hands-on and can-do mentality, enthusiasm, commitment
Readiness to work independently within a geographically dispersed team (motivated, result-driven self-starter)
Multitasking, stress resistance and time management skills (ability to work under pressure while handling conflicting deadlines)
Competence in using MS Office as well as Zoom, Skype, Teams or ATS software
